On May 9th we attended the annual PREM Ovation Awards held by PREM Group at the Osprey Hotel. The event celebrated and recognised the efforts made by the teams and individuals across all PREM Group properties in Ireland. We enjoyed a fabulous lunch prepared and served by the fantastic team at the Osprey Hotel. It was lovely meeting and chatting to all of our colleagues from the different properties around Ireland, a great day was had by all.
There were a total of 36 awards presented in 8 different categories. We are delighted to announced that we took home three awards. Catherine Lane from our team here won overall winner in the Leaders of the year category. Our accommodation team won team of the year and we received a special commendation for Excellence in Team Engagement which means a lot to us here as we strive to create an environment where our employees feel involved.
It has been a great year for us here at the Hoban Hotel after being awarded four status from Fáilte Ireland and winning Best Employer for Ireland’s ancient East at the Employer Excellence awards. We are looking forward to the rest of this year and working towards more achievements.
PREM Group have been in business for 27 years and owning 31 properties in 24 different locations, 10 of these are here in Ireland. We are delighted to be apart of PREM Group who have been awarded an Employer Excellence Award by Fáilte Ireland and also have been certified Great Place to Work 2023.
